This practical, industry-focused program is designed to build the capability of restaurant and hospitality leaders to effectively manage teams, improve performance, and to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Who is this for?

The Leadership Excellence Program is tailored for individuals with at least two years' management experience who may have strong operational expertise but limited formal leadership training, providing a clear pathway for professional growth. It develops foundational leadership capability, strengthens financial and operational expertise, and enhances people leadership skills. Learning is reinforced through a workplace project aligned with key business priorities.

The program offers a structured and impactful approach to building confidence, refining leadership practices, and supporting success in a dynamic and rewarding sector.

Expression of Interest

Collective Foundation invites Expressions of Interest for the Leadership Excellence Program from applicants that represent the diversity and breadth of Victoria's hospitality industry with at least two years of management experience.

The 12-week course will commence in July 2026 and complete in early October 2026. The time commitment will be a half day per week, with face-to-face delivery at the Monash Business School, 30 Collins Street, Melbourne. In addition to the learning modules, participants will apply learning directly to their workplace through a structured work-based project aligned to organisational priorities.

The total course cost is $3 500 + GST, to be paid after acceptance of application and upon registration.

Expressions of Interest will be reviewed by the Collective Foundation Advisory Group and offers will be sent out in the week commencing 8 June.
