Collective Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation established to support the long-term, sustainable growth of Australia's hospitality industry.

Our work is already underway. In partnership with Monash Business School Corporate Education, the Foundation's inaugural Leadership Excellence Program is supporting the next generation of hospitality leaders through practical, industry-focused leadership development. Dates for the 2027 programs will be released soon. The Foundation is also undertaking research to better understand career progression and the opportunities and challenges facing people working across Australia's hospitality sector.

Through the support of our hospitality community, the Foundation is working to create lasting benefits for the industry and the people who make it what it is.

Funding

In addition to corporate sponsorship, a $1 opt-out contribution to Collective Foundation is currently included on bills across participating Lucas Collective venues. These contributions support the Foundation's work in leadership development and industry research.

Participation is entirely voluntary. If you would prefer not to contribute, simply let your waitperson know and the contribution will be removed from your bill.

Independent governance and accountability

Collective Foundation is a registered Australian charity and not-for-profit organisation with its own Board of Directors. It is subject to the governance and annual reporting requirements of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

Information about the Foundation's charitable registration, governance and annual reporting is publicly available through the ACNC Charity Register.
